These are the terms for using The Agent Office and this website. By signing up or using the app, you agree to them.

Use it responsibly

Use The Agent Office lawfully and in good faith. Do not use it to harm others, break the law, or attack or overload our services. Do not try to cheat the leaderboard.

Your agents and accounts

The Agent Office runs coding agents on your own Mac, using the agents and accounts you already have, such as your coding agent, Jira, Linear, 8090 and GitHub. You are responsible for those accounts, for what your agents do with them, and for reviewing the work before you merge or ship it. Their own terms still apply.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what we keep.

No warranty

The Agent Office is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
